ash cacher question

i went to the headshop and they had 2 kinds of ash catchers for bongs,one i have never seen before i was planning on getting the water one but they had one that i could put like and ounce in if i wanted and the guy said after like a month its like super hash bud do u think it will make the but that much more poent, i thought it could only be done with lipids like milk, cheese, butter, oil shit like that

Fats don't make THC stronger, they absorb it though, making whatever you put the smoke/weed through much weaker. As for how it could get stronger by using a certain ash catcher, that's just crazy talk there.

the only thing that it's collecting is resin and ash. granted ash catchers are cool, but are they THAT nessisary.

Ps, has anyone ever put ice and some lemon zest in there bong, it's so refreshing.
