There's something like that around my area as well ... who knows what's up with the cops. I think they're just obligated to come out whenever somebody calls to complain.

Welp I figured I'd swing by and see what was up at Manito tonight - and its just like the rest of Spokane. Nothing Nada. Nil. Nyet. Zip Zilch. No drum circle, no friendly faces, no stoners. This city has to be the worst I've ever been in to try and find cool people to hang out with. People aren't friendly, don't even seem to want to talk or chit chat or anything and its really depressing. Its not even a matter of having to prove I'm legit even, this place... its just not conducive to meeting new people. Suxors for me I guess.

Hopefully I'll find better luck (and better people) in Vancouver, BC this weekend. I'm done posting in the WA boards, and trying to meet people around here and hopefully I can just help people out on the grow forums.
