Im Deadly scared of spiders...almost too scared to kill em, I cant even sit down when people talk about spiders usually I have to walk around and stuff and I cant look on any on tv or anything

I didn't think I was scared of spiders but the other night I found one crawling along my wall and it freaked me out... it wasn't that big but it was really..err I guess fat would be the word. I had to get my mum up (who was half asleep) to get it out.... she tried getting it into a jar with a piece of paper, but she knocked it on the floor instead and I screamed and jumped on my bed haha it's weird because insects don't really bother me... just spiders.
I also have a fear of heights, small spaces, crowds, being suffocated among many other things...
And, I have a friend who has a fear of empty packets.. is there even a name for that?

I'm not really that scared of spiders, but I do try to respect their territory and keep my distance from them if possible. It's the flying insects with stingers and venom that creep me out (bees especially).

I wonder what a fear of salvia would be called...
