Is there anyway to sober up fast?

Well man, i always find a good hard bike ride helps me

a few days ago, I biked up to one of my friend's houses, and got stoned, then after about an hour I felt really awkward because they were all whacked out on speed, so I excused myself and biked home again. Halfway home though, I stopped to buy an apple, only to have some old chav woman come up to me and have a go at me because she apparently nearly ran me over...
