Just go about and ask people. Sometimes people actually come up to me and ask me if i smoke and whatnot. I'm happy to tell them that i do smoke weed. You can sometimes tell if people smoke weed by the way they look. Don't be afraid to ask around.

florida eh? ive spent some time in this town like an hour away from orlando, i got so fucking drunk everytime i went there, and getting blazed and going to universal studios was some crazy shit

Yeah literally just talk to everyone somewhere someone will drop a comment of weed just pick up on it...I've gotten some of the best connects just by being friendly and talking to people...Smoking weed is nothing to be ashamed of.
