Weeds "Agrestic" = My neighborhood???

I live in the east coast version of an Agrestic neighborhood, and I"m looking to "meet some new people" with my boyfriend. Theres got to be some smokers around here, but we don't exactally know how to go about finding out. We already know the kid at the convience store in the neighborhood smokes, and he has our number. BUt what about other folks?

just out of curiosity, what is an agrestic neighborhood? from what you're implying it seems like a neighborhood for nudists or for swingers. also i do not know if "swingers" are offended by that name, and if so, i am sorry, i do not mean it in a harmful way
