Our lamp bulb blew out and I sent it off for repair (it's still under warrenty) so I went into a shop to get a new one and got attitude because they didn't have a uva/b bulb and they were wanting me to get a basking heat bulb instead. They said that zoo med didn't make the bulb I was describing. ugg

If I was you, I'd go back to the store and go through it again with the manager. Let them know that if they don't comply, then you'll take further action. Maybe even print out some basic reptile info describing the need for calcium. Good luck man, I feel it for ya.
