put on long-jons, sweat pants, a sweat shirt, and multiple layers of clothing then go running at noon for an hour on a hot sunny day. If someone looks at you funny, tell them you have a big bout comming up and youre getting into your fighting weight. 4 days before test, stop exercising, eat fatty foods/red meat (esp late night) and sit on your ass as much as you can.
