A polling question the way that one was worded completely provides the answer the poll wants before the respondent even responds.
That would never be allowed in legitimate sampling. Or even in focus testing. Heck, it wouldn't pass muster on a high-school sociology test (unless you had a really dumb class that had to be provided the correct answer ahead of time.)
