HELP! Physical Tomorrow

Alright so i got a problem, I have a physical tomorrow that I think has a drug test attached to it, (it is for pre-employement), and i know they are gonna take a urine specimen. I quit 8 days ago in preparation for the test and i am planning on diluting, as i have creatine and b-12. The only problem is that I know they are also going to do a urinalysis on the urine to make sure i am healthy for the job (it is at a hospital). Will diluting the urine and taking the creatine and b-12 mess with my numbers enough to cause some problems? anyody with experience please help.

If your test is going to be done at a hospital and pre-screening it will probably be a full test. If this is going to be used for getting insurance then a whole battery of test will be ran and they will know you have been flushing your system and the b12 and other things can/could spike your test results.

You are very smart to have stop for the last 8 days...wtg. That's a great sign your head is level on your shoulders. I hope it is long enough to have cleared your system.

It does not cover testing for drugs, but it gives you an idea of how trying to cover or hide something can be found very easy. If the test was a simple pee in the cup and then put a test strip in it to see what color it turns then some of the clean UA test kits might work.

thanks for your help oblio, but i was thinking about the urinalysis and the results after reading the website. I read about everything tested and why and it said that most of the stuff that they test for should come back negative in a healthy adult. the only thing that may cause a problem is that they test specific gravity but can't i just say that i drank a lot of water because i am gonna be taking b-12.

I also forgot to mention that they (GW hospital whom i am working for) made me take a drug screening 2 weeks ago, but they had not told me that i needed to do this physical then, and they infomred me of this physical about 2 days ago after i told them i hadn't had one since last june. Do you think that they will drug test me in the physical? Do regular physicals even invlove drug tests. The only thing they told me was that it was 30 minutes long, if anybody has any experience please help. Should i just dilute anyways to be safe, but this will throw off my urinalysis results? thanks for the help.
