    Appeal Letter

    Hey people
I had a drug test and did not pass, however I will be receiving mail asking if I would like to appeal. If they accept the appeal then I would be required to take another urine test which is fine by me because I've been clean now for about a month.
At first I was thinking about admitting that I did have weed, but a friend told me to never admit that you did.

So my question is what are my options?
I need to be prepared and I need to know what can I say
    I really need this job.
    It's for Sanitation.

I would say there is no way that you could have failed and there must have been a mixup or something went wrong at the lab. Tell them you will definately take another test and even pay for it if necessary--at another lab of course.

A friend of mine told me to say that I went away for the weekend with two relatives who are chronic weed smokers and the trip was six hours from NY to Virginia. He said to tell them that you definitely do not smoke but I guess being in a closed environment such as a car and with the windows being up because of the heat, is the only way I could see it coming up positive.

It makes sense since driving both ways is 12 hours and the test was given the very next day.

    Does that make sense?
