White Rhino bud at 40 days flowering

Two White Rhino plants and one AK-48 plant, under 400 watt HPS + eight 30-watt CFLs. They've had a rough time, lost power for 2.5 days, had to use flashlights during that time (hah! flashlights!), but they're recovering.
