No, I just visit less. I've been around the Internet for a long time and what I see is just par for the course. When I first started, people used to piss me off. Some people think they are right and their word is gospel and I can't stand that type of attitude either. But after a while, I realized that the people who were upsetting me really weren't, I was letting them upset me and from that point on, I just put things in perspective.

The way to improve an online community is not to abandon it. Instead, the good users should strive to be more vocal and ignore the problematic ones. 9 times out of 10, a user becomes an issues because they seek attention, for whatever reason. Forbid them from what they seek, and eventually they shrivel away and go find a new audience to harrass.
