They also sell tax stamps for cocaine, heroin, and every other drug, you are supposed to attach them to the plastic bags you are selling the drugs in. this process was established in 1937 to deter mexican migrant farmers in the western states from using MJ. Booze was the first to get a stamp, and the others were were added to the list. Since the Legal bodies that govern the status of legalialty of drugs and such weren't around, this law was passed initially to prosecute. It's a bogus stamp and they are actually not available to purchase. Now there may be a few states that have them. but for years, it was a law, that challanged, due to the fact that it was law and there wasn't a stamp for legal purchase. the supreme court said it was consitutional for the country to have a law that said you had to have one, but there wasn't one available.
