I've noticed that some states have a tax stamp you can buy for marijuana..From what I understand, if you get busted, and you have paid the tax for your pot, there's certain fines that they can't make you pay, correct? Or maybe I understand this incorrectly, but I was hoping maybe someone could give me some insight into why you can pay taxes for something that's illegal to posess..
