Go to the plants store and buy a dozen ladybugs and put them in your garden. Ladybugs will eat 1000 thripe, mites, per day if given the chance and they wil not harm your plants. Once you discover the nature of the ladybug your hate for bugs will be greatly reduced.
With mites you will know that the infestation is out of control when you start to see webs going from leaf to leaf, plant to plant.
Ladybugs is the cure you're looking for. You can also use things like, Neem oil, but i reccomend ladybugs. ladybugs are natural predators and will gobble up every small bug that makes it way into your grow-room.
Also keep the heat, humidity, in check, and dont over-water. If you dont do these things you introduce an enviroment that thripe and mites crave in.
