Looks good, but the 2 90 degree bends will reduce the fan efficiency..

Any way you could mount the filter farther over to the left, then add the fan inside the box, directly attached to the filter, and exhaust out the side?

My setup is very similar, except I have a cooltube in between the fan and filter, so the fan is being used for exhaust and cooling the light at the same time
