It takes a little work, but worth the wait. Also, it's best that you make the cake before you smoke because you will mess this up. Believe me, I've done it. The good part about this recipe is you can make the batter and freeze the rest for later and that way if you only have a dime bag or so you can make your cake according to what you have.
