thanks for the advice, ya i want to have my first plant be a success w/ a good yield so i'm gona make the cabinet a good 52" tall, with width and depth being 28" each. white widow grows from 28-31 inches usually, setup is 12" , and light is only 6". So if my plant happens to grow to it's largest average height (w/o a slight early flowering) that adds up to 49". That is if the plant grows a little larger than usual. So I think I'm alright as far as setup now.

i'm just wondering, the lights in the link are only 125w, but they say they're good for all indoor plants, and so did the guy above. is this alright for 1 plant?

or should i aim for a good 200-400w? lumens look good but I'm still not sure...

also can anyone tell me about LST? any answers are wonderful guys
