1st grow setup advice

alright, this is my first grow setup and i'm making use of a cabinet with dimensions 36" height, 24" wide, and 18" depth to grow one plant (early misty or white widow strain). Area has already been enclosed, walls/ceiling/floor covered with white pylar, and now I just need a system. I found this one online and I am wondering if it would fit my cabinet conditions well/provide good growth for a hydroponic grow???

Unless you cut a hole, and place the cabinet above that bucket...

You're not going to enough room for a plant to have much linear growth.

That or my visualization is off.
