You guys need to do your homework ! You can't get busted for talking about ANYTHING ! IT's called the 1st ammend baby! We talk shit all day long, can say we smoke, shit, snort or anything else. I got busted once casue I had some in the car , but we can talk all day long so everyone needs to relax.

time to wise up bud...ask the 6 atlanta guys busted a couple months ago for talking terrorist shit on the net...all talk but nevertheless, they're now in jail. talkcrime is already a reason to go to jail...thought crimes are next!

it all comes down to common sense and never should anyone try to downplay reasons for caution...

Not all cops are bad. Some are extremely helpful to our cause.

M.G. is soooo correct. Many of the threads might not be usable to get a conviction...but they can be used to show the level of maturity of cannabis users.

Here is a senario that could happen:
You have threads showing your garden, other threads showing your pimped out ride, and a few more threads talking about your town or school. You now have given all the information needed (for anyone) to find you. Child molestors use this criteria to find victims. If there is only 2 schools in your town, they have a 50/50 chance knowing where you will be when school ends each day. Unless you are a drop out or ditched.

I think they would be looking more for people bragging about buying large amounts to resell and for those bragging about LSD, DMX or whatever designer drug that is the fad at this time. They can also use the site to tell how available drugs are in different geographical areas by peoples post.

I have read many post like "Man, XXXX had the best grows, whatever happened to him, anyone seen him lately?" or "Why is everyone leaving?" It is possible people stop posting because they got busted? yes it is. Could it be from their activity here? who knows.

If your computer is taken during a bust and they see you "auto" log into (a) cannabis site and find pics of your standing infront of your plants, or find post of you telling a story that is exactly related to an event they are investigating then your lawyer will not be happy. Also, if they read your post and see you have a complete comtempt of the law it could adversely effect what kind of punishment they ask for you.

The paper work for a simple bust is lengthy. This could involve tying up officer(s), detective(s), prosecutor(s), judge and possibly a jury for many many man hours. Most officers would rather be out finding violent offenders, dealers selling or moving large quanties, child molestors, and gun runners.

Anytime you have an encounter with LEO and you act disrespectful your situation has just got worse! So bite your tongue...do what ever you can to be polite. This could be EXTREMELY hard, but it has to be done.
