Disclaimers MAY OR MAY NOT keep that particular piece of evidence from being used against you. And typed words would probably not hold up in court. But they could use the typed words to find you, and then use subsequent evidence against u.

And for those of you who think they have quotas and better things to do, catching drug manufacturers and/or distributors ARE their better things to do. U might be thinking a street cop, but not a dedicated agent, division, department, or agency. Like the Drug Enforcement Agency. There is a war on drugs in the U.S. That is a reality, you cant be in denial that "they have better things to do"

You guys need to do your homework ! You can't get busted for talking about ANYTHING ! IT's called the 1st ammend baby! We talk shit all day long, can say we smoke, shit, snort or anything else. I got busted once casue I had some in the car , but we can talk all day long so everyone needs to relax.

Read what i said about that particular piece of evidence. It wont be the official nail in your coffin, but how many times have peoples mouths gotten them in trouble, despite First amendment rights?

That's what I was alluding to. Your actions get you in trouble more than anything us. To snikitysnaks point, yes, we can talk about this until we're blue in the face and the boys in blue can do nothing about it. We do have a right and freedoms to discuss anything.
But on the flipside...look at these pics people post up, holding bud upon bud upon bud...face not hidden, nothing. Mind you, some people are smart about it, but some people just don't care. To an LEO, it's not rocket science (anymore) to dig through posts and start culling information....in this post you said you're growing, then in another post you show a picture of your set up in a closet, then in another post you mention it's upstairs in the unused bedroom, then in another post your show pics of your harvest, then later you show where you keep your stash.
Guess what...in a single post, this hypothetical person has given nothing away. But in doing some simple research, those circumstances above equal a warrant, baby. That's why I said, don't post anything you wouldn't want someone in real life to know. If you do, you have just in effect told the world...
I think everyone should do this one experiment...google for your user name and see what comes back. Recognize any of the boards that come up? Recognize any of the messages? Is anything you found something you would tell any one in a face to face/'real life' situation??? Think about it...
