    Metal Bowls

What does everyone think of them? I use mine all the time, and it travels where I go. I know a lot of you love glass on here, but I'm a fan of metal. I like the fact you can pack a bowl for later, cap it, then hit it whenever. Sorry for the dumb post, I'm a little buzzed right now and it just came to mind, lol.

drop your bowls into a 20oz bottle and fill it half way with 70% rubbing alcahol and add about a cup of salt, close the lid shake it for a minute or two, pull your bowls out and rinse them off and enjoy your newish looking bowls:thumbsup: it only costs about a buck to do this and you can thouroughly clean upwards of 30 pipe pieces at a time this way.

smoking resin is alright but if youcan afford fresh green all the time a clean piece always hits easier...

i dont notice a difference in taste or anything else... so i never had a problem with the fact that theyre metal. i just really prefer to have a carb, and most metal bowls dont have one.

that is a good point. BUT, I had a metal bowl that had a carb on it. It was an elbow piece that had a bowl on the top and a one hitter on the end. You could use to one hitter as it was, or switch it and cap the bowl and use it as a carb for one hitter. I traded that piece to my buddy for a regular elbow cause my bowl didn't really need a carb. But yeah, it was really cool.

nope sorry, bad to injest rubbing alcahol in any way, if that is your goal use vodka and evaporate it over a couple of days, but check it every 8-10 hours and dont let it dry out all the way, it stillneeds tobe a little sticky, or check the sticky post in the recreational forum here http://boards.cannabis.com/showthread.php?t=63538
