Clubs in AK?

Any Cannabis clubs in the Anchorage AK area? I am becoming more and more interested in the medical side of cannabis. I would like to get in touch with a club in my area and see if I can become a little more informed and help out in one way shape or form.

This morning when I was selling a puppy to a woman she told me how her mother had committed suicide last year. The mom had cancer and from the daughters point of view had been given so many types of meds and pain killers that she started to loos her mind and go crazy. Eventually the mother took a shot gun to her self and ended her life. This was the tipping point for me I think. I have been interested in helping people behind the seems with MJ for pain relief, but I want to play a bigger role, I don't have to be the president of some organization, I just want to help out more if I can.

i don't think there are any clubs up here, that would be pretty cool if they did have a couple though
