How was the show? Money, once again, is the reason I couldn't go to 10KLF, but I have downloaded some of the shows and they sound amazing. Did you happen to catch their New Years show last year in Chicago? It was the best show I've ever seen. I'm assuming you're from around that area so that's why I asked, but if not, lol, my bad.

I went. Broken Social Scene and the Flaming Lips played the best IMO. I was on mushrooms the last day and it was quite an experience. What really blew my mind was all the people flooding the streets afterwards. I was tripping really hard and it was awesome, I thought there were gonna be riots. Needless to say I smoked a lot of weed up there. I hope they do it again next year, but give longer sets out and less bands.

And as far as your hope for longer sets and fewer bands, lol, well that's kind of what a festival is. A bunch of bands play, so time is limited. If you go to a festy to see a favorite band, don't expect them to play longer than 2 hours, and that's if you're really lucky. They just give you a taste, so you want to go to their shows when they come around your town.
