Make sure your in a comfortable place, where u feel safe because it makes you paranoid. Not in a terrible way but you think everyone knows your high. I'd say no more that one hit your first time and just relax and roll with it.

As stated above eating it is not the way to go. You'll feel like your trippin on acid or shrooms.
