they use herbal subsitutes. i remember watching the extra footage in Grandma's Boy, and they were all like "this isn't real weed", everyone was complaining of how shitty it tasted.

It's entirely possible that some movies use real bud when they are filming it.

Yeah, but most of the time thats when they're filming in other countrys.. If i was an actor i would switch them up without anybody seeing though!
