Yes, with the aide of a lot of tape (lol duct it) it is light tight. I know that is kind of Fā??d up, but the good news is that today while driving I found a nice portable closet around two and a half feet deep and six feet tall. Of course I bought it, and get this it was only 10 dollars American (still had the factory stickers slapped all over it). The box is surprisingly sturdy, and seemingly light tight on its own. I do not like the tin foil, heat blankets, or really the flat white. Iā??m trying to find a good product (such as the expensive ā??Mā?) to cover the inside with.
As for the rack, well Iā??m thinking of buying a more professional set up like a 400 watt HPS or something. Maybe Iā??ll build a 24 hour box with my CFLs.

It is around 1 and ½ feet deep - and 4 feet high. Both the top (utility room), and bottom doors are really made out of the left over pieces from the guts of this set. The inside has been painted flat white with two vents; one intro one exit. I can take the temp to a low of 70, with a high of 80. It is powered by 435 watts of American brand CFLā??s Rating: 5
