Well when it's supposed to be passed to him say, oh i think thats cashed.. then be like oh guess not and then pass to the guy next to him, he'll get the picture eventually

At every party theres that pothead that acts like its crack hes smoking. I wouldnt dare walk up to people I didnt know and ask to get in on it without anything, dont feel bad

perhaps we who find ourselves in your position might say, "i am so fucking lucky to be able to share with another who isnt so fortunate", and leave the judging up to a higher authority.
I went to school with this cat who never had money, always wore the dirty clothes, and was always the one with no bag of weed. He came from a dirt poor family, and i was the one picked on for always inviting him to the scene.
To this day he is one of my best friends and works his ass off. As for those who got upset because i shared and invited him? I see some of them every-once-in-a-while pushing a grocery-cart full of their belongings down the street asking people for money.

once in awhile that will happen to me and i just let it go. if the kid repeatedly comes up at different places and keeps asking yet never has anything, then say something. plus you never know if hes just a cool kid and u would wanna smoke with em
