oh make sure you have a sitter if its your very first time. its high reccommended to have someone sober watch you while you're doing it.

use a bong and take the biggest hit you can. also hold the lighter to the bowl the whole time youre inhaling. have a sitter so you dont hurt yourself or break your pipe.

I tried it once, it didn't do ANYTHING for me. Probaly smoked it wrong, huh?

most likely yes shorty because there is an extremely precise way to smoke salvia if you want the best effect out of it

hey guys im back to give the trip report..today i invited my buddy over and i took out the salvia and packed a bowl i used a torch lighter and took the biggest hit i could take and i held it in for a long time..and as soon as i exhaled i was fucked..the whole room was spinning and my friend looked like he was green and he looked like a goblin well i made a mistake then because i was to fucked to tell my friend to stay sober for abit so he packed a bowl and we were both fucked and i still thought he was a green goblin and he started to scare the fuck out of me..he started fucking screaming and he thought it was funny and i was just tripped out and i thought he was gonna kill me but i thought it was a good time because i knew it was just the salvia getting to my head so it didnt bug me..anyway it was a pretty good time and i still have some salvia left but i think i'll trade it in for some bud cause its not something i want to do often
