Hey Yab, for my 2nd DUI (many years ago) I was sentenced to 45 days (I deserved it but Im not going to go into that) and when I showed up to serve it, I sat in the holding cell about 4 hours and they called my name and let me go, time served! They said the jail was too crowded and just the fact that I showed up was good enough. That was like 15 years ago in Santa Clara , CA county but who knows, strange things can happen. The fact that the DA postponed the case so long could have some implications too...you have a right to a speedy trial (I think its 90 days in CA)and if your attorney has his shit together, there may be something to look at there, I dunno.

Anyway, glad you decided to let the girl turn into a lady. I'll hope for the best for the both of you.

This is a sativa plant I have been experimenting with under these lights (bag seed). I wanted to see how it went before investing in any seeds/strains. First pic is the day it went under 2 CFL's now 3 and around a week and a half of growth since then. yeah its stretched I know. I took it out from under a Hps that was putting out to much heat and stuck Rating: 5
