Just trim all of you lower leaves cause they will recieve so little amount of light that they will actually be inhibiting the plant. Just leave your main top branches and the plant will devote most of its energy into those top branches and give you some pretty good sized top buds.

A head of you on that one Kush07 I noticed the lower branches and
leafs were not getting enough light and had pretty much stopped growing
so I did a little bit of trimming to the bottom layers of both plants.

Good news though both are female and multiple flowering sites are
showing. Now the fun begins

As for the lights it is still 3, 42 watt CFL's.
