Walking down a dirt road stoned...

A couple weeks ago I visited a friend. He lives about 2 hours away. Anyways we got some pretty good weed and went back to his house and rolled some joints. Nobody was home, there wasn't anything to do, so we drove down to this dirt road, down the road a mile or so it went really steep and both sides of the road were filled with trees and grass, some cow pastures (I live in Kansas), it was really pretty and quiet. Nobody would bother us there. He has a truck so we sat in the back and smoked the joints and just enjoyed nature.

After about 20 minutes we were both extremely stoned and decided to take a walk. On one side of the road after we walked a bit there was a shit load of weed plants growing. My friend bowed down and to show his gratitude... I laughed. We are having a good time and everything then realize we have walked a fucking long way so we decide to head back. As we are walking we come upon two large tree branches forming a perfect "X" in the middle of this road. I point it out to my friend. We don't remember the branches even being there before, so it freaked us both out. Also there was a supposed "haunted house" in view about 50 yards away. So we were both pretty scared, it seemed like we were in some horror movie. We jog back to his truck which isn't very far away now. We get to it and right in front of it is this big fucking cow moo'ing and looking right at us. My friend suggests that perhaps the cows are after us for some reason. So we get in his truck.

We sit there for about 30-45 minutes listening to music because we are both majorly too stoned to drive at the moment. Cows keep gathering in front of his truck just looking at us. We keep reminding each other that these cows are probably after us and somehow put those branches in the middle of the road when we weren't looking. Finally my friend decides he is fine to drive and we get back to his house. We are both relieved that we made it...apparently my friend didn't feel comfortable driving he just wanted to get the fuck away from the cows.

It was a good time, something to look back on and laugh. We went back a couple days later and got stoned again, we saw this guy on a 4-wheeler trying to drive up the steep road but couldn't make it, it was funny as hell.

According to the many posts from this board..
animals gather to the area where weed was smoked cause they just have to smell it to get high. Even if the smoke is long gone, there's still a stench that probably at least gives them a slight buzz or something.

lol stalker cows!cool story . Makes u wonder tho, me and my mates go to the scrub near us and share joints, weve had the same sort of thoughts abt the kangaroos. When we smoke up we always see alot of roos, its like they smell it and come to see what smells so damm good!.Then the y just sit there watchin us!!..we love smokin with the roos!!!.:smokin:

i too have noticed that animals come to u when smoking, i had about 10-15 possums just chillen on the grass watching me smoke, was kinda weird lol, but as long as they got baked too, its all good
