Takeing a break to lower tolerance.

i've been a daily smoke since an year and a half now. smoking everyday. staying high from morning til nite. like im talking about 6-7 sessions a day.

now its highered my tolerance by alot. i need alot of bowls to get high and the high isnt as good.

so i decided to take a 2 week break which i am now on day 3 of. do u think it will lower my tolerance? and is there anything else you can do to help lowering it? i sweat enough at the factory and i work out at a gym.

    dont smoke every day.
smoke once or twice aweek... that
    saves money
    and
    it helps you
    get hgiher
    when you
    do smoke so
its negative in that you dont
    smoke every
    day
but its good in that the
    highs are
    reallly
    good.

2 weeks might be overkill. I feel just as high as the first time after being down for 4 days. Tolerance in lab rats is completely gone after 7 days. Also tolerance seems to drop the most the first day that you take a break. After that, each day will only add a little bit to your next high.

Good choice. I was about to say, because you burn daily (especially 6-7 times at that) you are one of the lucky one's who can experience reverse tolerance. Basically, if your smoking 7 times a day, then after taking as little as 3-4 days off you will feel like it's your first time because your body was so used to it.:rasta:

2 week break is what you need my friend. I abuse my smoke also by having repetetive sessions a day. 2 weeks did alright for me.
