    will these CFLs work ??

    will these work for vegging my clones ?? the bulbs are a "soft white" I have no idea what part of the color spectrum soft white is.

    We don't have a great selection in CFLs where i am and this is the best i have been able to find

    soft white? might as well be an incandesent...you want COOL WHITE FOR VEGGIN...WARM WHITE FOR FLOWER...NO SOFT WHITE

    just looked "soft White" up on GEs website. They say it runs at 2700k..if thats no good for vegging what Kelvin number am I looking for

    veg=5000k or up
    flowering=3000k or below

    ...i dont know if you misread GE's website or if they made a mistake but 2700k are warm bulbs
