How to yeild the most?????

I can get a nice box the size is 2ft X 2ft X 3ft I have 4 30watt CFL's each produces 2000 lumens and 5000k... I will get a small fan to move air around the box and in 2 weeks or so get the ventilation with a carbon filter and what not. I need to figure out a way to maximize flowering... I saw a scrog grow but never done anything like that so I need some info on this setup...I will be using bag seed as well....just give me some input...thanks
