Hold your hit in or not?

you keep saying thc is absorbed instantly, but theres more to it than thc. How do you know other parts of the high don't take longer to absorb?

I hold it in for about 3-5 seconds. I just take deep breaths, give it a few secs, then blow out.

I don't go overboard and hold it in in an attempt to "get higher."

ehhh i hold it in a long freakin time so that i feel lightheaded anyway, lack of oxygen or whatever. even if it doesnt do anything i like to hold it in

I hold it in for like a second. Holding it in for long will do nothing. Inhaling deeper will though.

i always leave room for a breath after i pull a pipe, and i inhale deep, then exhale like 1/3 then inhale again, hold for a bit, then exhale

or if im really bored ill recirculate the air from my mouth to my nose, certainly gives me a nice headrush

but i smoke green, so no nasty tobacco in ther, i find i can hold the biggest cones i can pack with no dramas.
