How to beat Random Testing?I agree it's unfair that alcohol is legal and weed isn't. I dont know anyone whos ever been in an accident because they were high and that was there fault. I however do know TONS of people who have been in accident that were their fault while drinking. Just goes to show you how things work in this country. If you really like your job and don't wanna quit then I would try that.

Also calm down You may not even get in an accident that causes you to have to take the drug test. You may not even get in an accident that causes you to have to take the drug test.

 As for the mouth swab.
I havn't read anyhitng about those latley but I do know a couple places around here use them for pre-employment and everyone I know that has taken 1 just stopped smoking for 1 day (my brother actually smoked right before the damn test and passed just by brushing his teeeth for 5 minutes)
I however DON'T know if those tests are the same ones they have for your job. So i guess that was all just pointless information. (i ramble when I'm high sorry)

Anyway I wish u the best of luck with the situation.

heres my advice. Don't be so paranoid.fallacy Reviewed by fallacy on . How to beat Random Testing? I've been an employee for company xyz for 9 years, and I have just stumbled upon a document that tells me this employer will start testing. New employees will be tested and existing employees will be tested only if: 1. Management suspects you are a drug/heavy alcohol user 2. If an employee is involved in a traffic accident with a company vehicle/personal vehicle for company business and its his/her fault. If the accident happened before the end of the day, the employee will be tested Rating: 5
