salvia first timer...help
now I have heard that some people just don't like salvia so if that's the case don't post please..
alright, i have my water bong here and about 10 grams of dried salvia divinorum. i know that a dried leaf dose is simalr to the following for the average person:
.25 gram - light effects
.5 gram - moderate effects
.75 to 1 gram - strong effects
i know the proper smoking techniques (long water bong rips, hold about 20 sec. each, keeping the flame on the salvia pracrtically the whole hit). my question was for a 1st timer, should I start with like a moderate or heavy dose to get the full prespective of salvia, or should I work my way up from light doses?
also, would outside at night (say on a deck or patio) ruin the experience?, because that works much better in my situation, as my parents aren't that fond of smoking. thanks guys, any replys are awesome :thumbsup:maryjanehaze Reviewed by maryjanehaze on . salvia first timer...help now I have heard that some people just don't like salvia so if that's the case don't post please.. alright, i have my water bong here and about 10 grams of dried salvia divinorum. i know that a dried leaf dose is simalr to the following for the average person: .25 gram - light effects .5 gram - moderate effects .75 to 1 gram - strong effects i know the proper smoking techniques (long water bong rips, hold about 20 sec. each, keeping the flame on the salvia pracrtically the Rating: 5

Outside on a summer nite sounds great. Ive found even 20X not way too potent, maybe its just because ive done alot of other psychadelics.
Torch it like theres no tomorrow and as much smoke wise as you can handle. You will feel it the moment it leaves your lips but its a very short experience only 2 mins for me. You wont have a 2nd chance for the rest of the nite cause you have this instant tolerance.

As budsmoker pointed out, you probably should have a sitter present. People tend to get up and move around without consciously knowing it while on this drug.
I personally would start light and work my way up to a strong experience. Salvia is quite a strong drug. My first experience was quite strong, and quite weird too. It wasn't really that pleasant (but in a strange way, wasn't entirely unpleasant either). So my adive is to start light.
Let us know how your experience goes

I agree that you should start light, my first (and every since) experience was also quite strong and it is very very weird, and I'm familiar with psychadelics lol
