Everyone has got to have a local place that doesen't ID. Ask around, or just go yourself looking around and find one. Its good to have.

The low quality gas stations (not the major fancier looking ones like mobil, exon, sonico etc) are usually always good for that kind of thing.

Only a few tobacco places around where I live will sell pieces to people under 18 or without ID.. I had to use an apple for a long time before finally got a piece.

When I first started smoking, I would make the water bottle bongs, and foil pen pipes, it worked for me actually, and I couldn't even taste the foil.
