I completely understand what you're saying, and agree with most of it, but honestly, have there been any actual scenerios where little Johnny OD'd on cocaine and somehow this and/or any website like this was held liable? If not, than it might be taking an unneeded precaution, but I certainly do believe in the phrase "better safe than sorry".

In the end, it does come down to the owner's choice. They're the ones paying the bills. But from an outsider's point of view, those who "pick favorites" never end up making friends - something my mother always told me.

I'm still a friend, for now. I'd like to remain one as well.
