over 100 degrees? i read somewhere that cannabis stops growing at 90 degrees. pros correct me if im wrong please.

I live in a releativly small town so some items may be hard to find. Some local stores i live near are Home Depot, Lowes, WalMart, and several small local gardening stores. and i was wondering where u mix ur recipe in, and how long does it have to sit and be stirred before it is safe to put my plants into it??
