You should have your lights 2 inches above the tip of the plant, that will stop them reaching up towards the light.

    Not bad though

    Is this your first grow?

lower the lights man! it looks like the light is about 2 foot above the plants.. considering its probably not a very powerful light, you should keep it a couple of inches above the plants, like aspinthion said, seriously!! actually, i dunno, the only thing ive ever grown is a moustache haha.. good luck with the grow my man peace

i reckon ghostokers right penguin, you will have to lower that light or consider gettin a MH
heres a pic of my super skunk after 2 and a half weeks under 250watt MH,i just put mine on 12/12 from 8 occlock lastnight and swapped my MH bulb with a HPS,heres pic from this mornin aswell
a good light would make a big difference if you could get your hands on 1 penguin

Looking good Pingu!! A tip for the lighting put the palm of your hand directly above ur plants, if the light is too hot and burns the back off your hand, your lights too close to the plants, raise it up. You want it just to be comfortable warm if ya get my drift. Hope this helps u m8 and good luck with the up and coming harvest!

if your growing under flourescents LOWER your lights! the light disperses too much cause its so damn weak. I really recommend your get a metal halide to do your vegging Stonedpenguin. You will have way way way way bigger and healthier plants. Either that, or get more flourescent lights and make a 'total emersion' setup or whatever the term is for the lights being all around your plants (within 3 or four inches) and hitting em with light at every angle.
