seeds contain no thc so they are legal in most countries (including the us) but they will prolly search you for weed cuz that is pretty suspicious...as long its just seeds, you should be fine:rasta:

Wrong...seeds are illegal in the U.S. one sprouted seed is considered a full flowering plant rather they know what sex it is or not....

Your better off having it mailed to you. Atleast when it's sent to you you have the chance of the FBI or who ever just takin the seeds (if it's in a low ammount) rather than incarcerate you for actually having the seeds on you.

im sorry i have to correct you...but marijuana seeds derived from a mature plant are legal only if they have not had any means of preparation or begun growing...sprouts are considered plants and are then under state law...there are seed banks that ship to almost anywhere in the world because those are just seeds...i just looked at like 12 google results about seed legality in the us...the seeds are suspicious but not illegal, however, they are grounds for suspicion of cultivation including raids and searches (remember your fourth amendment right!):rasta:

Well good info. Now I only have one thing to say..when ever I get busted by the cops and they search my pocket and I have a sack-o-seeds from the bud I was smokin they better not take me to jail for them or I'm coming after you lol..
