Looks to me to be aphids.
Soon as you or someone else can confirm...choose a herbal insecticide. Or lady bugs. Ants chew on the things too.

they are aphids you can use insectasidal soap to treat them as for ants they can spread them because some ant species use aphids sorta like cattle they feed on the honeydew this is the sugars that the aphids excreat after sucking the sap out of the plants you should treat this problem asap cause they spread quickly and can be hard to treat once they get out of hand good luck and happy growing

First get filters on the exust and intake. I have used raid and it works but you must kill all eggs, bugs. It usualy takes 2-3 bombings every 5 day you let one go. Note bugs hide and lay eggs all over the damn place . Raid is a pryentine (sP) and is photo reactive and can be used up to 2 weeks before harvest.

I use ONE SHOT strips (no pest strips)
You can buy them at Home depot,Menards,Lowes, ect
Just hang one up by your plants and they will wipe out all the bugs in the area without hurting the plants.
They even wipe out spider mites.
Good luck!

Used for dacades no problem yet, EH ,,, EH it can not be beat , it seeps in to everything. I have been often supprised how mites etc can get into a room. With positive pressure and hepa filters. I would guess the damn bugs come in, when you walk in the room.
You can also get in the automatic timmed spray cans.

1 tablespoon of dish soap mixed with a gallon of water and sprayed on top and under the leaves will also get rid of them...hand washing with the solution also works.
