I only gave this plant water since it started and and its actully green. Is this plant at a stage now where it is safe to give it a small amount of nutrients say 2ml per gallon of Botanicare "Pure Blend Pure Grow" 3-1.5-4

I dont want to fuk things up considering its green and all. Unlike my previous plants.

Its 20 days old from seed // T5 2ft Bulb x 4 // soil is Coco and Dolomite lime the Ph is avg 7.0 5 Inch pot

Here is a picture of it and another seedling started at the same time. Alot smaller and kinda looks retarded but its mostly green as well.

Any help is greatly appreciated
