How so? What if I was your enemy, and I sent you a package in your name with illegals in it, then tipped off the feds? How could they POSSIBLY bust you with anything? You could get that thrown out of court yourself, no lawyer needed. Now if theres a credit card trail in your name, you might be up shite creek - but if its a cash or MO sale theres NO trail. Nada. Nil. Zip. Zero. Nein. Nyet. NO WAY to hold you accountable for a package received in the mail, whether its in your name or not.

If i place an order for seeds online with money order, could i give a different name for the shipping address and still have the package sent to me?
