just wondering. what do you do to get rid of cotton mouth, and or the shakes, and panic attacks.

all the times ive smoked i got cotton mouth realy bad. i couldent even eat anything. i drank around 6 glases of water and nothing helped.

then what about shakes and panic attacks. anyway to get rid of them?
