None of these countries, or sides, is completely guilt free. And I also agree that it is a shame that the innocents have to suffer also but it's the damn cowards that are hiding in the midst of the woman and children that should also share fault. I'll tell ya, if I were envolved in that sort of affair, I would make DAMN SURE my family was in a safe area....not along side an arms storage. Hell, their even hiding the shit in their holy places. Unfortunately, there are no safe zones in war.
