The only people who get addicted to ganja are the stupid ones, with personality or mental disorders, who still manage to take drugs, get mentally addicted and not be smart enough in the first place not to do it...

Again, some peoples ignorance amazes me, If the government would take it upon themselves to inform us that marijuana is in no way physically or mentally addictive (with an exception in the case of people with mental problems) there would be less people dependent, therefore solving the problem that they are causing.

It's not clear what link you're trying to encourage people to read. That link you posted takes folks to a page containing various other links. Might be more helpful to post the actual text of what you're referring to.

As far as dependence is concerned, the official story is that mj doens't cause physical dependence, but you'll see from reading on this site and researching other weed-related information sites that psychic (psychological) dependence can indeed develop for some people. I've read several posts here by people who feel strongly that they have psychological dependence on weed, and I believe they're speaking truthfully. Just because it's not addictive in the same way that opiates are doesn't mean that people can't come to rely overly heavily on it.

im sorry but when i quit smoking, its hard...my body starts to feel all fucked up. The psych addiction is there but fuck no i dont need treatment for it...i just wait a couple of days and then i get used to not being high

HAHAHA Well the reason so many are going in to treatment programs for weed is because its court ordered when they get busted.

How about we arrest more people for weed than for all other drugs combined
